LIMITED SPECIAL Lowlands Luxury (Coper Catering x Fully Kooked Collab)

This collab cookie blends classic Dutch sweetness with Australian indulgence. A buttery white-chocolate chip base is packed with crunchy stroopwafel chunks, roasted macadamias and filled with rich, sticky stroopwafel syrup. Sweet, nutty, caramelised and dangerously addictive—this one was made to travel.

Created in collaboration with Coper Catering (NL)—my sister’s business in the Netherlands. We’re both coeliac, both obsessed with baking, and wanted to create a flavour that brings Dutch culture together with Australian native produce. Traditional treats, reimagined the Fully Kooked way.
