  • Are your cookies gluten-free?

    All Fully Kooked cookies are made using gluten-free ingredients only.

    I take extensive precautions to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. I’m coeliac myself, and even a very small amount of gluten makes me extremely unwell, so gluten safety is something I take very seriously.

    Where are the cookies made?

    Fully Kooked cookies are made from my home kitchen.

    The oven, utensils and appliances used are dedicated to gluten-free baking, and gluten-containing ingredients are not prepared in the same space. All reasonable measures are taken to avoid cross-contamination.

    How big are the cookies?

    Each cookie is hand-rolled at 100 grams before baking and then topped after baking.

    Because the cookies are handmade and filled, they can vary in shape, thickness and diameter.

    Some fillings (like pistachio paste, which is higher in fat) spread more during baking, while cookies with added mix-ins such as nuts or biscuit pieces tend to hold their shape better.

    Do the cookies need to be refrigerated?

    No — the cookies are shelf-stable.

    No fresh cream or ingredients that require refrigeration are used. Cookies can be safely stored outside the fridge.

    They are best enjoyed within 2 weeks when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. After this time, they may start to dry out but remain safe to eat.

    Storing cookies in the fridge will extend freshness, and freezing is recommended for longer-term storage.

    Can I freeze the cookies?

    Yes. Cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

    Allow them to thaw at room temperature, or warm slightly before eating.

    How fresh are the cookies?

    Cookies are baked fresh in small batches and prepared as close to shipping as possible to ensure the best quality on arrival.

    When are orders shipped?

    Orders are shipped on Mondays only.

    This is done to reduce the risk of parcels being held in transit over the weekend. Shipping early in the week helps ensure cookies arrive fresher and in the best possible condition.

    Do you ship Australia-wide?

    Yes — shipping is available Australia-wide.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    Can cookies arrive damaged?

    Cookies are handmade and generously filled. While they are packed carefully, minor cracking or breakage can occur during transit. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product.

    Can I choose my flavours?

    Yes. Flavours can be selected in mix & match boxes, or you can choose a mystery box.

    Can mystery boxes include duplicate flavours?

    Yes — mystery boxes may include duplicate flavours, depending on availability and weekly production.

    Do you cater for other allergies?

    Some cookies contain dairy, eggs, soy and nuts.

    Do flavours rotate?

    Yes. Flavours rotate regularly, and some are available for a limited time only.
